1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using superbola and the operator of the superbola platform. They apply to the website, player account, sports betting markets, live casino, slot games, promotions, payment services and any related functionality made available under the superbola brand.

By registering, depositing, placing a wager or otherwise using superbola, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and applicable game or promotional rules. 2Definitions

3Account Eligibility

You may register with superbola only if you are at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not use superbola from any place where online gambling is prohibited for you. Malaysian users are individually responsible for understanding and complying with local laws that may apply to their activity.

Registration must be completed using your true legal name, current residential details, valid contact information and correct date of birth. You may hold only one superbola account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, shared or operated on behalf of another person.

superbola may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, payment statement, source-of-funds information or other reasonable documents. Services, bonuses or withdrawals may be restricted until checks are completed. Providing false, altered or misleading documents is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4Account Security and Access

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, verification codes and device access secure. Do not disclose account credentials to family members, friends or third parties. Activity performed through valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless superbola receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

You must notify support immediately if you detect unusual login activity, an unrecognised wager or an unauthorised payment request. superbola may temporarily lock the account, require a password reset or repeat identity checks to protect funds and personal information.

5Sports Betting and Casino Rules

A wager is accepted only when superbola records it and displays confirmation in the account history. A pending selection, interrupted request or amount shown before confirmation does not constitute an accepted wager. Players must review the event, market, selection, odds and stake before confirming.

Sports settlement

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, esports and live football, are settled according to the published result and the specific market rules. Obvious pricing, data or settlement errors may be corrected. If an event is abandoned, postponed or materially changed, the relevant sport and market rules determine whether wagers remain valid or are void.

Casino and game outcomes

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, live table result or certified random number generator. A network interruption does not automatically create a win or loss; the recorded server result will generally govern. Each game may have its own rules, payout table, RTP and wagering limits.

6Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a bank account, e-wallet or payment method held in the verified player's name. Depending on availability, superbola may support MYR payments through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow or FPX. The display of a method does not guarantee permanent availability.

Minimum and maximum transaction values are shown in the cashier before confirmation. Payment providers may impose their own limits, maintenance periods or processing requirements. superbola does not accept responsibility for delays caused solely by a bank, e-wallet provider or payment network.

Withdrawals are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, available balance, active bonus rules and transaction review. Where practicable, superbola may return funds through the original deposit route. Additional checks may be required when the requested payout method differs from the funding source or when transaction activity requires review.

Player balances do not earn interest. Chargebacks, reversed deposits, duplicate credits and funds credited in error may be recovered from the account. superbola may cancel associated wagers or withhold payment while a disputed transaction is investigated.

7Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are optional and are governed by the specific conditions displayed with each offer. These may include a minimum deposit, eligible games, minimum odds, wagering requirement, contribution rate, validity period, maximum conversion value and withdrawal restriction.

Players must review the applicable rules before claiming a superbola promotion. Unless stated otherwise, one offer may be claimed per player, household, device, payment method or shared network. Bonus funds may expire if the conditions are not completed within the stated period.

Bonus abuse includes opposite betting, risk-free wagering patterns, coordinated accounts, repeated account creation, delayed-round manipulation or any strategy primarily intended to exploit a promotion rather than participate normally. superbola may remove a bonus and associated winnings where reasonable evidence of abuse exists.

8Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use superbola while underage, self-excluded or acting for another person;
• provide false information or use a payment method belonging to somebody else;
• collude, manipulate markets, exploit technical faults or use automated tools without permission;
• attempt to reverse a legitimate deposit after wagering with the credited funds;
• use superbola for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose;
• interfere with platform security, source code, servers or normal operation; or
• harass support staff or submit abusive, threatening or discriminatory communications.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in transaction review, account restriction, cancellation of affected wagers, withholding of associated funds or account closure. Where required, superbola may preserve records or report relevant activity to appropriate international authorities or service providers.

9Responsible Gambling

superbola is an entertainment platform for adults aged 21 and above. You should wager only money you can afford to lose and must not treat gambling as employment, investment or a solution to financial difficulty. You remain responsible for monitoring the time and money spent on the platform.

10Privacy and Communications

superbola processes personal data to operate accounts, complete KYC checks, prevent fraud, process payments, provide support and satisfy applicable international compliance obligations. Details about data categories, retention and user choices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Operational messages concerning account security, transactions, service changes and these Terms & Conditions may be sent to your registered contact details. Marketing preferences may be managed separately, but essential account communications cannot always be disabled while the account remains open.

11Platform Availability and Liability

superbola aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, device problems, third-party outages, cyber incidents or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, superbola is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the platform. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any financial liability relating to an accepted wager will not exceed the amount properly payable under the applicable market or game rules.

12Suspension and Account Closure

You may request closure of your superbola account through platform support. Any withdrawable balance will be returned after required checks and lawful deductions. Closing an account does not remove obligations arising from earlier transactions, chargebacks or investigations.

superbola may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, security concerns, failed verification, prolonged inactivity, prohibited conduct or legal and compliance reasons. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision unless doing so would compromise an investigation or legal obligation.

13Complaints and Disputes

Questions or complaints should first be submitted to superbola support with the account username, relevant transaction or wager reference, date and a clear description of the issue. Supporting screenshots may be requested. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.

superbola will review available account records, provider data and applicable rules before issuing a response. Complaints should be raised promptly, normally within 30 days of the relevant event, so that records remain readily available.

14Changes to These Terms

superbola may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal requirements, product changes, payment methods, security practices or operational needs. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice.

Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using superbola and request account closure, subject to settlement of valid outstanding wagers and required verification.
